Rates are US130-160 per night as single/double occupancy. There is a US$30.00 charge for each
additional person per night. Maximum occupancy are 4 persons. These rates do not apply during
holidays, including, Carnaval, Christmas/ New Years period, or special events. For information,

Reservations are not guaranteed until your US$250.00 deposit has been received and cleared.
Higher deposits may be required for Carnaval and Christmas/New Years period. Rates are subject to
change unless your reservation has been guaranteed. There are no refunds for cancellations made 45
days or less prior to your arrival. Refunds or credit will not be given to a no show or a cancellation
made after the arrival date. Upon final payment of your reservations, a copy of your passport/driver's
license, front and back copy of your credit card, and a signed rental agreement will be required. In
lue of a credit card, a refundable US$500 security deposit can be accepted. Upon arrival, a copy of
each guest's passport will be required by our doorman for the purpose of identification and access
