The unit also boasts 2 balconies, one in the living room with lateral views to the ocean and mountains. The other balcony is in the main bedroom and has a view of the pool and recreation area. For your protection the unit is equipped with fire sprinklers. There are two elevators for your convenience. The emergency stairwell and trash chute is just outside the door for easy access.
